| K9 Carts pet wheelchairs have been bringing happiness and renewed mobility to pets in the far corners of the world for almost 30 years. Starting with our first agents in the UK and Japan in the 1980’s, we began shipping carts to international clients. Since then we have grown to serve clients in many other countries, including: Australia, Japan, England, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Mexico and South Korea. |

Since we ship all of our pet wheelchairs by United Parcel Service, we can ship our products to virtually any country in the world. If you would like to place an order directly throught K9 Carts, please visit our Order Products page for more detail. |

Order Through an International Agent in Your Own Country
If you would prefer to place an order through an agent in your own country, please see the List of International Agents for an agent in your country. If we do have a K9 Carts agent in your country, please feel free to contact them. If there is not an agent in your country, please contact us directly.
You can be assured that when you contact any of our agents, you will be talking with a caring professional who is well qualified to help you with your pet’s mobility needs. Our international agents include owners of handicapped pets, veterinarians, and other professionals. They can advise you on what product would be most beneficial for your mobility-impaired pet. |

Shipping
Telephone, Fax, or Website Orders
International orders placed by telephone, fax, or website, will be confirmed via fax or email and include estimated shipping costs. Once we have shipped your order, we will contact you again with the exact charges processed to your credit card. |

Ordering Through an International Agent
If you place an order directly with one of our agents, they will quote you shipping costs. |

Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and wire transfers. All payments are in US dollars. |

Import Taxes / Customs Fees
We are unable to quote you a cost on customs fees or import taxes. These vary with each country and will be collected by UPS (United Parcel Service) at the time of delivery. |

Joanne Woolley is one of our newer agents and we are happy to have her be a part of the K9 Carts team. She has had extensive experience working with animals and has recently opened a state of the art rehabilitation center. She is located in Victoria. |

Eickemeyer has been an agent with our company since the 1980’s. They are a large veterinary distributor with nearly 45 years experience in veterinary medicine. Their mission is to supply veterinarians with the finest instruments and equipment available. They regularly conduct seminars for veterinarians, educating them in the latest technology and products available to the veterinary profession. |

Anita is our new agent in the UK. She is set to open a retail store and rehabilitation center in the very near future. We will keep you posted on the opening date as soon as we hear. Her website is also under construction and will be launched shortly. |
